Tirant Restaurant, located on the 13th floor, serves buffet breakfast daily from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. With a diverse selection of dishes from East to West, both in-house guests and walk-in diners can enjoy a wholesome, nutritious and truly satisfying start to the day.

We also open for brunch and dinner, offering a wide range of options from à la carte dishes to thoughtfully curated set menus.

Our experienced back-of-house team, having worked in both local and international environments, is dedicated to catering to your needs and preferences. With a passion for showcasing Vietnam’s rich culture through cuisine and telling the stories of traditions nurtured over thousands of years, we carefully incorporate fresh Vietnamese ingredients into refined cooking techniques to create an unforgettable dining experience.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 86 guests at a time, with comfortable, cozy seating arrangements. It is also an ideal venue for intimate events that require both privacy and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
