    Welcome to our small-group cooking class in Hanoi, where we invite you to enjoy an unforgettable Vietnamese culinary adventure. Your experience begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel, followed by a leisurely walk through a vibrant local market. Here, you’ll soak up the lively atmosphere, meet friendly vendors and handpick the freshest ingredients for your class.

    Back at our local home-style kitchen, a skilled and friendly chef will guide you step by step. We start with a sample menu featuring some of Vietnam’s most beloved dishes:

    • Traditional rice noodle soup with beef or chicken – Pho

    • Grilled pork balls with vermicelli – Bun Cha

    • Crispy fried spring rolls – Nem

    • Banana flower salad with chicken – Nom Hoa Chuoi

    For our vegetarian guests, we offer an equally tempting Veg Lover Menu, which may include:

    • Fresh or fried spring rolls

    • Tofu in rich tomato sauce

    • Eggplant with ginger sauce

    • Traditional Vietnamese sweet dessert – Che

    One of the highlights of the class is its flexibility: while we suggest a menu, the final dishes you cook and enjoy will be chosen together as a group, based on your preferences. Our goal is to make the experience personal, interactive and genuinely fun for everyone.

    As you put on your apron and follow the chef’s instructions, you’ll learn authentic Vietnamese cooking techniques and the stories behind each recipe, so you can confidently recreate these flavours back home. Along the way, you’ll also gain a deeper insight into local culture, daily life and culinary traditions.

    After the cooking session, it’s time to sit down and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared, complemented by additional specialties made by the instructor. To complete your gastronomic journey, we’ll introduce you to unique local wines and homemade drinks that pair beautifully with the meal.

    With satisfied taste buds and new cooking skills, you’ll be dropped back at your hotel. Our small-group format ensures plenty of time to ask questions, interact with fellow food lovers and create lasting memories.
